for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered                                                             
on page 2561. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                            
There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                      
NO. 254(FIN) "An Act extending the termination date of the Big

Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective date" was
